Financial Service Center ManagerBasic duties and responsibilities:The main responsibilities of the Financial Service Center Manager are to develop new Bank relationships, expand existing relationships, direct and coordinate the implementation of Bank policies, procedures and practices essential to the daily operation of the branch, and to provide leadership and support for the Bank staff as they provide financial services to customers and potential customers. Skills required:The Financial Service Center Manager must have extensive knowledge of the total operations of a branch office. Good written and oral communication skills are a must. Computer literacy is essential. Educational requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in banking. TellerBasic duties and responsibilities:The Teller must provide excellent customer service while processing a myriad of transactions in an efficient and effective manner, including but not limited to check cashing, making deposits and processing other customer request. The Teller also must be able to identify potential new business and refer to appropriate areas of the Bank. Skills required:The Teller candidate should have good mathematical aptitude and good organizations skills. The Teller should also have good human relations, oral and written communications skills. Computer literacy and cash handling skills are essential. Educational requirements:A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Personal BankerBasic duties and responsibilities:The main responsibilities of the Personal Banker are to provide excellent customer service to customers and potential customers, expand existing Bank relationships, and adhere to Bank’s policies, procedures, and practices. Skills required:Familiarity with Bank products, services and state and federal regulations is mandatory. Good human relations, oral and written skills are required. Computer literacy and sales skills are essential. Educational requirements:A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
